Step1:Beat cream to 67 and refrigerat
Step2:Beat eggs with sugar and hot water until they turn white and thick
Step3:Sift in half the low flour. Mix well with egg cream
Step4:Add jam and almond slices and stir well
Step5:Sift in the remaining half of the low flour. Mix well
Step6:Mix in the whipped cream at last
Step7:Put it into the mould covered with oil paper; bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
