Step1:Soak ribs in water. Remove blood.

Step4:Cover the pot. Steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
Step5:During the steaming of ribs, soak broccoli in light salt water for 10 minutes. Wash it.
Step6:Zhuo is ripe.
Step7:Swing the plate.
Step8:Steam the spareribs. Take them out. Turn off the fire.
Step9:Put the ribs on the plate and serve.
