The water temperature for soaking the spring cake skin should not be too high. If it is too high, it will be like the one in my photo. The spring roll skin will wrinkle together. Then the soaking time is about 35 seconds. Later, my water temperature dropped. I grabbed the spring roll skin with both hands and soaked it in a circle or two. 3. Many kids don't like herbs like basil. But this kind of herbs will be better when added. 4. I'm really sorry. This is my first attempt to make Vietnamese spring rolls.
