Curry and black pepper have always been my favorite. Curry is usually used to cook beef or chicken. Today I bought some ribs. So I also used curry to cook. The taste is really good.
Step1:First boil the bleeding water of spareribs, then rinse them with cold water, drain the water, and reserve.

Step7:Pour in a little milk. When the soup thickens, turn off the fire.

Cooking tips:1. You can leave more juice. Bibimbap is also delicious. It becomes rice with ribs and curry. 2. Add some milk to increase the consistency of curry juice. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
