There are thousands of ways to make chops. The most classic one is sweet and sour chops. This sweet and sour chops. I use the method of stewing. The chops don't need to be boiled or fried. The way is super simple. The novice kitchen can do it. -
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Wash the ribs. Chop into small pieces. Slice the ginger. Pat the onion.
Step2:Mix a bowl of sweet and sour juice for standby. 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of old soy sauce, 2 spoons of raw soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar and 4 spoons of rice vinegar. Mix well.

Step8:Boil until the vinegar and sugar juice is less. Then you can get out of the pot. Put it on a plate and sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it. It tastes very delicious.

Cooking tips:Just add a little salt, or it will be too salty. I use vinegar to stew once. About 10 minutes. Ribs are chewy. If you like crispy ones, you can stew twice more. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
