Cooking tips:1. Because the stem of the cabbage heart is difficult to be cooked, blanch it first to avoid quick frying. The leaves are fried but the stem is not cooked. 2. Like to eat spicy pro. You can add dried pepper to stir fry garlic. 3. I like to fry cabbage heart with olive oil. I don't use olive oil at home. Just use ordinary cooking oil. 4. During the cooking process, stir fry the oyster sauce, salt and sugar with a spoon of water. Pour them into the pot directly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
