It's a real farm meal. Children love it, too.
Step1:Pour the flour into the container.
Step2:Add water and stir to form floccules.
Step3:Knead into dough.
Step4:Cover with a basin or plastic wrap. Wake up for later use.
Step5:Cut the ribs into small pieces. Wash them.
Step6:Put water in the pot to boil the spareribs. While boiling, float away the foam.
Step7:Cook until the ribs are done.
Step8:Prepare beans, potatoes, scallions and garlic slices.
Step9:Put oil in the pan.
Step10:Oil red. Add minced garlic and onion. Stir fry out the fragrance.
Step11:Stir fry ribs and potatoes in turn. Add soy sauce and salt.
Step12:Stir fry until all ingredients are evenly colored.
Step13:Pour clear water into the pot. Cover all the ingredients.
Step14:Boil the water and put in the beans. Cover the pot. Simmer.
Step15:Sprinkle flour on the chopping board. Put the dough on it.
Step16:Roll it out into a rectangular patch about 2mm thick.
Step17:Sprinkle dry flour and fold it in half.
Step18:Cut into noodles.
Step19:Put it in the pot. All the food surfaces.
Step20:Cover the pot and simmer.
Step21:About ten minutes. Until the soup is dry.
Step22:Mix well and sprinkle with chopped scallion.
Cooking tips:1. The dough is harder. 2. Put the noodles on the surface of the ingredients without turning them over. Finally turn them forward. 3. Novice had better use transparent lid to observe whether the juice in the pot is dried. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
