Step1:Put the (cow WA) freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake into water and wake up for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Step2:Cut the beancurd into pieces. Cut the fungus into pieces. Set aside.
Step3:Chop the onions. Chop the garlic. Set aside.
Step4:Boil the water, put in the beancurd and fungus, blanch them, and drain them.
Step5:Put in the freeze-dried matsutake mushroom (cow WA) which is woken up. Add the onion and garlic. Add the proper amount of chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir well.
