Step1:Wash and dry the soybeans.
Step2:Stir fry for 20 minutes or so until the beans are fragrant. Pour the fried soybeans into a bowl and cool naturally. When the fried soybeans come out of the pot, be careful of scalding them
Step3:Add 20 grams of sugar to the cooled soybeans and pour into the wall breaker.
Step4:Start the wall breaking machine to powder.

Step7:Add glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar and salad oil into the basin.
Step8:Slowly pour in water. First stir with chopsticks.
Step9:After it absorbs water evenly, knead the lumped glutinous rice flour into a smooth dough.
Step10:Place the dough in a flat plate with a larger area. Press it gently.
Step11:Put it in the steamer. Steam it over high heat for about 25 minutes.
Step12:The steamed glutinous rice noodles should be covered with fresh-keeping film to prevent the surface from drying. Let it dry until it is warm.
Step13:Sprinkle soybean flour on the silica gel kneading panel. Put the warm glutinous rice dough on the panel.
Step14:Sprinkle a layer of soybean powder on it.
Step15:Roll the glutinous rice dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
Step16:When rolling the glutinous rice noodles, you must be patient. It is about 0.5cm thick.
Step17:Spread the red bean stuffing on the glutinous rice noodles evenly. (the red bean paste can't be too dry. It's too dry and not easy to roll. It can't be too thin. If it's too thin, everything will flow out with a knife. If you can buy high-quality red bean paste, it's best. It's very important to make donkey rolling red bean paste. If you can't buy red bean paste with good taste, it's suggested that you make it at home.)
Step18:Lift one end and roll inward. The roll must be tight. Don't leave a gap to avoid looseness in the middle.
Step19:Use a knife to cut the glutinous rice into equal pieces.
Step20:Spread the soybean powder evenly on the roll with a sieve. It's done. Show your family
