This dish combines the Korean bibimbap that everyone likes. Rice is replaced by grains. Vegetables are all boiled in water. Finally, mix in the secret low calorie sauce. You can have both delicious and healthy food.
Step1:Wash all vegetables. Rub carrot and zucchini. Cut spinach and mung bean sprout into 5cm segments.
