Around 51 every year is when the peas at home are ripe and edible. My mother specially comes to see me. She brings me her own peas. She cooks a bowl of soup from snacks to big snow vegetables, peas and eggshells. It's delicious. My mother's taste. My taste. -
Step1:Remove the pea shell, wash and drain.
Step2:Two eggs to break up.
Step3:Put a little oil in the non stick pot. Pour in the egg liquid and spread it into thin egg skin.
Step4:Sliced egg skin.
Step5:Put some oil in the pot. Pour in the peas. Stir.
Step6:Pour in a bowl of water. Cover the peas. Bring to a boil.

Step8:Pour in some sauteed sauerkraut. Bring to a boil again.
Step9:Put in the onion and stir fry twice. Then you can get out of the pot.

Cooking tips:1. I pickled the sauerkraut in my own house. I cut it in advance and stir fry it with oil, sugar and salt. If not, I can buy the ready-made sauerkraut. 2. The amount of water can be added as you like. More water is thinner. Less water is thicker. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
