Korean women usually drink kelp soup after childbirth. It's detoxification, slimming and nutritious.
Step1:Prepare the following ingredients - onion, ginger, garlic, kelp, beef.
Step2:Clean the kelp and soak it in water for half an hour. Cut it into small pieces. Minced scallion, ginger and garlic, sliced beef.
Step3:Add a little oil to the pot and heat it up. Add garlic and ginger to stir fry. Add beef slices to stir fry to make the color change. Finally, add kelp to stir fry evenly.
