Step1:Wash zucchini. Separate the middle part. Scoop out the seeds. Slice.
Step2:Slice the sausage.
Step3:Put oil in the pot, add scallion foam, garlic foam, ginger foam and stir fry for a while. Add pepper powder and a small amount of soy sauce (because I don't eat monosodium glutamate. Put soy sauce only for freshness). Stir fry the sausage.

Cooking tips:Starch is used to thicken. It can lock the taste. I prefer corn starch. You don't have to put too much oil in cooking. Zucchini itself will also have a little water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
