Step1:Wash the mung bean. Add 4 times water. Pour into the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Scoop out about half of the mung bean water and drink alone.
Step2:Cook until the mung bean skin is broken. Remove the mung bean skin.
Step3:Put the green bean skin in separate place.
Step4:Wash the lotus seeds and add them to the pot and cook for about 20 minutes.
Step5:Put the tangerine peel into the seasoning box separately. Put it into the pot and cook for 10 minutes
Step6:Then add in the sugar and cook for another 10 minutes until melted.
Step7:Sprinkle the dried lotus leaf on the surface of the mung bean soup. Do not stir. Add the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the lotus leaf.
Step8:Pour the cooked mung bean soup into the blender container. Pour in the mung bean skin which was fished separately before.
Step9:Use a blender to beat all the ingredients into sand.
Cooking tips:Tangerine peel and dried lotus leaf can be purchased in the Chinese drugstore. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
