The first few went to a Wudong noodle restaurant with Xiong er. The small dish was crispy radish. We both thought it was delicious, especially Xiong Erjun, who didn't like sour food. He enjoyed it very much. He decided to try to make it at home in order to satisfy his appetite. It was really nice to grin.
Step1:White radishes are sold everywhere. They are peeled and sliced. The size is determined by yoursel
Step2:I usually can't buy domestic white vinegar in Japan. I use Japanese vinegar. Add white sugar. It's 1-1. Put some white wine (I use Japanese sake) to mix the vinegar about one third of the radish cut in the basin. Sprinkle some salt. Mix well. Put it in the ice box for one night. The next day it's ready to eat.
Step3:You can eat as many turnips as you like.
Cooking tips:All seasonings can be adjusted at the same time when trying to make. I didn't follow any proportion. It's totally adjusted according to my own mood. If it's too sour, add sugar. If it's too sweet, add salt. If you like the taste of soy sauce, you can sprinkle a little soy sauce at the end of the dish. It's good for cooking.
