Step1:Mix all ingredients except honey. Evenly spread it on the pigeon. Put the pigeon into a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it for two hours.
Step2:Take it out and wrap it in tin foil. Put it in the oven. Because my oven can't control the temperature. Bake at maximum temperature for 15 minutes.
Step3:Take it out in 15 minutes. Apply the rest of the seasoning. Bake in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step4:Take it out and spread it with honey. Uncover the foil. Bake naked for five minutes. Done.
