Step1:Clean the silver carp with red eyes and change the slanting knife. Put it in the plate. Sprinkle with garlic, ginger and onion (also put some in the fish belly). Pour in some cooking wine. After the fire boils the water in the steamer, steam the fish for five minutes. Then virtual steam out of the pot for five minutes (virtual steam means not to open the lid immediately after turning off the fire. Steam for a few minutes with the steam and the waste heat in the pot).
Step2:When steaming the fish, wash the coriander. Cut some onion and ginger for standby. Put two spoonfuls of steamed fish and soy sauce in the bowl.
Step3:Take out the steamed fish. Pour out the water flowing into the fish plate when steaming the fish. Remove the onion, ginger and garlic used for steaming the fish. Put the newly cut shredded onion and ginger and coriander on the fish. Pour the hot oil on the fish directly, and pour some steamed fish soy sauce. A delicious steamed silver carp is finished.
