Pumpkin sesame balls. Crispy outside and tender inside. A very delicious snack. The whole family loves it. They fry it out in a pot. They say they are not enough. What I do is to be more healthy and reassured.
Step1:Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Put it into a steamer and steam it.
Step2:Add sugar powder or granulated sugar while hot and mix well.
Step3:Use the spoon to continue pouring.
Step4:Add in the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a ball. Do not add it all at once. You can reserve some to add according to the situation.
Step5:Mix the glutinous rice flour and pumpkin puree evenly by hand. Knead them into a ball.
Step6:They are all divided into 20 equal parts.
Step7:Dip a little water into the sesame and roll it back for a few turns. Wait for the glutinous rice ball to stick on the sesame.
Step8:Pumpkin glutinous rice balls are finished in turn.
Step9:Pour proper amount of cooking oil into the pot. Heat the oil until it is 45% hot. Put the pumpkin ball into the pot. When the oil is boiled, turn the small fire. When the ball floats, press it repeatedly with a leaky spoon.
Step10:When the hemp ball is golden and the volume becomes large, it will be out of the pot.

Cooking tips:1. The water content of pumpkin is different. The glutinous rice flour should be added slowly. 2. Repeated pressing is the key to make the glutinous rice ball hollow. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
