Sweet and sour pork ribs is a typical traditional dish popular among the people. It uses fresh pork chop as the main ingredient. The meat is fresh and tender. Step1:Chop the spareribs into small pieces. You can directly let the boss chop them. Clean the blood with clear water. Drain the water. Or directly use kitchen paper to absorb water.
