When it comes to braised pork, there's nothing I don't love. It's attractive in color. It's instant. It's fat but not greasy. It's super delicious. I can eat three bowls of rice every time I have braised pork. Hahahaha, this braised pork is simple. Even if I haven't finished watching it, I can easily control it and make it for my father when father's day comes.
Step1:Wash the streaky pork and cut it into small pieces. Boil in cold water for 5 minutes to remove the froth. Add cooking wine and ginger at the same time.
Step2:Heat up the oil. Put in the sugar and melt it slowly. This process must be done with a small heat.
Step3:Melt the ice sugar into small pieces and put the pork in the pot.
Step4:Stir fry the pork. Let the pork absorb the sugar.
Step5:Stir fry the streaky pork on both sides until golden, then add water just before the streaky pork. Add cinnamon, pepper and star anise.
Step6:Add the right amount of soy sauce.
Step7:Add some salt, vinegar and five spices. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Collect the juice and serve.
