Step1:Root the bean sprouts. Wash. Carrots are sliced. Shred lettuce. Blanch the water separately. Cool in ice water.
Step2:Juice mixing - use a little mineral water to boil mustard. Add salt, two teaspoons vinegar, a little sugar and monosodium glutamate.
Step3:Pour the sauce into the vegetables with controlled water and mix well. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
