This dish is my favorite dish since I was a child. It's fried with tenderloin and crispy skin. The sweet and sour juice is delicious. The steps are super detailed. Xiaobai can also learn a dish.

Step5:First roll the raw meal, then paste it.
Step6:Heat 60% of the oil in the pan and put it into the tenderloin section. Fry for 1 minute. Then, when the oil temperature rises back, fry again twice, each time for 30s. (the sirloin is super tender
