Step2:5g yeast powder. 250g warm water is stirred into yeast water for use
Step3:500g flour. Pour in the yeast water of step 2. Stir while pouring. Stir to form floccules
Step4:Knead into smooth dough by hand, cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place. Ferment for about 30 minutes (if there is an oven, it can be fermented in an oven. The effect is better)
Step5:Pour 50g sesame paste into 10g vegetable oil and stir evenly for use (in this step, add some sugar. If you like salty, you can add a little salt. You can also make the original one without sugar or salt)
Step6:When the dough is fermented to twice the size, take it out and press it to exhaust, and then knead it again into a smooth dough (poke a hole in the dough. If the hole does not retract and the dough does not collapse, it means that the fermentation is successful; the dough is kneaded thoroughly, fully fermented, and the steamed dough will be softer)
Step7:Roll the dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin (not too thin)
Step8:Brush up the sesame paste
Step9:Fold the two sides in turn to the middle, like a quilt. Repeat the folding
Step10:Make a long strip at last. The more layers you stack, the better it will look. Cut it with a knife
Step11:Cut into small dosage forms of about the same amount
Step12:Take a small dosage and pull it apart by hand, as shown in the figure
Step13:Turn in two directions (one hand to the right and the other to the left)
Step14:After one turn of twisting, the two ends are locked together. The mouth is closed downward
Step15:Put oil paper on Mother Goose titanium crystal pot, put in steamed bread roll, cover it and wake up for about 20 minutes
Step16:Steam over high heat. Steam over medium low heat for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 23 minutes.
