Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Taro puree (I made about 400g of taro puree), ham, toast, honey mustard seed sauce.
Step2:Put 130g taro paste in a small bowl. Add some honey mustard and mix well. When making taro puree, do not mash it too fine. Some small particles taste better.
Step3:Spread the mashed taro evenly on the bread.
Step4:Sit on the fire and fry the ham in the pan.
Step5:Spread the fried ham on the bread with taro paste.
Step6:Cover with another piece of bread. Press lightly. The toast I use is made by my own bread machine. There is no slicer. I cut it by hand.
Step7:From the middle everything is two, as the picture shows.
Step8:Good taro and ham sandwich.
