This dish has no requirements for the type of plum. Plum sauce, dried plum, pickled plum, or the plum that is usually used as a snack. I mainly use Sumeria sauce and Chinese plum here. The sourdough of Sumeria sauce has a little ginger and spicy aftertaste. It can make the whole taste richer. The whole pork ribs are red and bright. They give off the special sweet and sour aroma of plum. Don't talk about children. Even adults cry when they smell them~
