Step7:The fermented dough is divided into two parts. Exhaust and knead. In the previous fermentation environment, wake up for another 30 minutes.
Step8:Take a wake-up dough, exhaust air, roll it into a rectangle of 18cm wide and 40cm long.
Step9:Chaoshan olive.
Step10:Put a proper amount of Chaoshan olive on the dough. ☞ it's better to filter out the olive oil in advance here. Otherwise, too much olive oil will flow out. Drop it in the oven when baking.
Step11:Fold the long side of the patch in half.
Step12:Cut evenly into 10 pieces. Do not cut one end. I didn't pull the ends together. It's not even.
Step13:Two can be twisted into a twist, or one can be twisted together.
Step14:The end that has never been cut is rolled up.
Step15:Put it in the toast box. The temperature is 35 ℃ and the humidity is about 80%. The fermentation time is 90%.
Step16:Preheat the oven 10 minutes in advance. Heat it up to 160 ° C and heat it down to 190 ° C for 30 minutes. ☑ the temperature and time shall be adjusted according to the oven and mold conditions.

Cooking tips:I use soft European powder here. If you don't have it, you can use high gluten powder. Chaoshan olives are usually sold in supermarkets in Guangdong.
