Cooking tips:Because I lose weight, I usually eat brown rice as the main food. But brown rice needs more water to cook soft. If the grains are clear, it won't be digested. So my fried rice is not as clear as the grains made of white rice. It will be slightly wet. The guys who are not used to eating can change brown rice into white rice. It should be better to eat when they are made. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
