Luffa contains protein, fat, carbohydrate, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, sodium, vitamin B1, vitamin C, carotene, vitamin A, folic acid, dietary fiber, saponins, plant mucus, xylose gum, bitter quality of Luffa, citrulline and other nutritional components. Step1:Clean and scrape the skin and slice the loofa

Step3:Chop the shallots, ginger and garlic. Put them in a small bowl. This way, you won't be in a hurry when cooking. It's for two dishes.
