Step5:Ferment for 40 minutes at last. Spray water twice every other time to keep the surface moist. It's twice as big.
Step6:Add 300ml of tuna blend oil into the pan. Heat over low heat until slightly bubbling (about 160 degrees).
Step7:Gently put in the fermented bread ball. Low heat. Fry on both sides for 1 minute.
Step8:Take out the golden color and put it on the oil absorption paper. After frying, the oil in the pan hardly decreased.
Step9:Sift a layer of sugar powder on the surface. It's nice and delicious. The finished product is soft and flexible. It's good to eat three at a time.
Step10:Vegetable oil has a slight fragrance. It's most suitable for frying food. It doesn't grab the taste. Don't pour out the remaining oil. Fry the oil 12 times. It can be used for cooking.
Cooking tips:1. Divide the bread balls. If there is an oven, put warm water in the oven for two times (spread more dry powder on the bottom to prevent sticking) for 30 minutes. Do not cover the surface with plastic film. It will stick to the surface. 2. Be sure to control the oil temperature. If it is too high, it will scorch as soon as it enters the pot. If it is too low, it will affect the coloring. If necessary, turn off the fire to cool down. Novice can put one or two fried to try the temperature. The color will gradually turn golden. 3. It is not recommended to change the yolk into whole egg liquid. The taste of the finished product is different. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
