My daughter's kindergarten is going to have a spring outing. Make some biscuits for children to share. Chocolate and almond biscuits are crispy and fragrant. They taste excellent. This quantity can be roasted for about two plates. Some steps are simplified. The taste is still the same. It's suitable for novice and lazy people (including me). Ha ha.
Step1:Put the almond slices on the baking tray (the baking tray is covered with tin paper in advance). Bake them in the oven. Just a few minutes. It's best to observe. Because it's easy to scorch. It's just a little yellow.
Step2:Cut the butter into small pieces. Mix it with dark chocolate (I used dove's 45g of dark chocolate). Melt it in water. Then add sugar powder.
Step3:Refrigerate the mixture for a moment. Allow it to half set. Take it out and then add the egg mixture. Mix well.
Step4:Sift in the low gluten powder. Mix it all evenly by hand (you can wear a disposable glove).
Step5:Add the roasted almond slices. Mix. PS - almond slices must be mixed gently. Because almond slices are very easy to break. Roughly mix evenly.
Step6:This is the dough I mixed with almonds. The next step is shaping. I just put one in the mold. After shaping, put it into the refrigerator for freezing. Freeze it hard. My refrigerator is cold enough, so I froze for more than an hour.
Step7:Finally, take out the refrigerator, cut it into about 5mm, and put it evenly on the baking tray (note that there is a gap between the biscuits). Preheat the oven. Heat it up and down 165 degrees. About 15 minutes (time and temperature may vary from oven to oven). Because the biscuit itself is darker. So be sure to watch it carefully when it's almost cooked. Don't overcook it.)
