Step1:Flour, yeast, water knead dough, fermentation.
Step2:Cut the black fungus, carrot and dried plum. Stir fry in the oil pan. Add some salt, soy sauce, shrimps and pickles. Mix well.
Step3:After the dough is made, knead and exhaust. Divide it into several small dosage forms, pack several large steamed buns. Put the steamer into the second fermentation (don't forget to put water in the steamer)
Step4:Make some more buns. Prepare to fry
Step5:Brush the oil in a non stick pot. Put in a small fry bag. Fry it over a small heat until there is a pot at the bottom. Add water to half the depth of the bun. Cover it with a large heat and boil it over medium heat. When the water dries quickly, open the lid. Adjust the minimum heat to the bottom to be burnt yellow. Sprinkle with scallions at last.
Step6:Steamed buns boil for second minutes, 20 minutes or so. When the water is open, adjust the medium heat for.15 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes. The bun is ready to eat.
