I'm busy today. I have a lot of work on my hands. So when I cook soup today, I make a simple soup of white gourd and shrimp with golden hook, which can clear fire, remove dampness, reduce swelling and fat.
Step1:1. Peel the wax gourd, remove the ladle, wash and cut into small pieces.
Step2:2. Wash ginger, peel and slice. Wash shallot and cut into small circles. Set aside. 3. Soak the shrimps with water for use.
Step3:4. Put cold water, ginger slices in the pot and boil over high heat. 5. After the water is boiled, turn to gentle heat, pour in the wax gourd, and cook for about 8 minutes.
Step4:6. Boil the wax gourd for about 8 minutes. Then pour in the washed shrimps. Continue to cook for about 8 minutes. 7. Boil the white gourd and shrimp for about 8 minutes, then add some salt.
Step5:8. Put the onion again. Stir it a little. It will be out of the pot.
