You can also do this with spareribs with black bean sauce.
Step1:Ribs are washed and divided into mahjong sized pieces.
Step2:Dry Douchi, chili, mushroom stem and garlic are all chopped.
Step3:Spare ribs with soy sauce. Season with salt.
