This year, we will also bring two moon cake recipes suitable for children to eat. Today's first share of this recipe is suitable for children over 1 year old. With rice and millet as the main raw materials, it can be easily done with sugar powder and water. It's a little close to muffin on the taste. It's soft and delicious. It's very healthy.
Step1:Pour 100g washed and dried rice into the wall breaking machine (or cooking machine). If you don't have a wall breaking machine at home, you can buy a commercially available rice flour mill instead.

Step4:Add 10g purple potato powder and 20g sugar powder. Purple potato powder can be replaced by red koji powder, carrot powder, strawberry powder and other natural fruit and vegetable powder. The taste of sugar powder is more delicate than sugar. The quantity can be increased or decreased according to the baby's age and taste.
Step5:Sift through the sieve once to make the taste more delicate.
Step6:Add about 15g of clear water in several times. Mix by hand while adding. Do not add all the water in one time. The water absorption of rice flour is different. It should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Step7:When the rice flour is mixed, it can be kneaded into a ball by hand. It can be spread after a little rubbing.
Step8:Pass the sieve again.
Step9:Fill in the mooncake mold. I use 63g mold. According to this component, I can make 4 rice cakes. You can also use other specifications of moon cake mold to do.
Step10:Use the paper support pad at the mold mouth to prevent rice flour from scattering. Buckle it on the chopping board upside down. Press gently about half of the depth. Then lift the mold gently. When pressing, you can stop if you feel a little resistance. Do not press hard. Otherwise, the taste will be too tight.
Step11:In the same way, make millet cake and moon cake.
Step12:In a hot water pan, steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Seam can be left on the edge of the pot to prevent the falling of water vapor from affecting the finished product.
Step13:Turn off the heat and simmer for 1 minute, then uncover. You can enjoy it. If you can't eat it all at once, please keep it sealed and refrigerated to prevent the loss of water from drying the taste. It can be stored for 3 to 4 days. It can be stored for about 1 month. Steam for 5 minutes before eating. You can restore the soft taste.
