Thai food is very hot and sour. It's very appetizing. Today, I would like to recommend a classic Thai spicy chicken. It's totally different from the spicy chicken in our Chinese food. The chicken is fried and then seasoned with soulful and spicy sauce. It's served with cabbage and cucumber shreds. It's worth mentioning that this dish has no literal meaning of Ma. It only uses pepper and sesame oil instead of pepper. So don't be deceived by the word Jiao Ma in the name.
Step1:Remove the bone from the chicken leg. Cut a few cuts across the muscle to make it easy to marinate. Add a little salt, black pepper and cooking wine to the surface of the chicken leg. Grasp and marinate for 20 minute
Step2:Use a peeler to scrape along the edge of the cabbage. Cut the Yellow cabbage and put it in ice water
Step3:Mix a hot and sour sauce with millet pepper, shallot, coriander, garlic powder, sugar, steamed fish and soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil
Step4:When frying the chicken legs, first turn the skin down. Wait until it's burnt yellow, then turn it over. Fry and cut into pieces
Step5:The last step is to pack the plate. Lay the cabbage and cucumber on the bottom. Put on the chicken, the sauce and finally sprinkle the peanuts.
