Step1:Soak black fungus in hot water and wash it.
Step2:Remove the edges and skin of Luffa. Wash and cut into sections for future use.
Step3:Peel garlic, wash it and cut it into pieces. Wash and dice green and red peppers. Wash and use wolfberry.
