Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Set of ingredients - tremella, papaya, fresh lily, fresh lotus seed, yellow ice sugar, medlar. I personally think that this kind of big yellow Bingtang is much better than small white Bingtang. The amount shown in the picture is 100g. Later, I found that the sweetness was not enough during the cooking process. About 50g was added. You can put sugar according to your preference.

  2. Step2:Soak the tremella in warm water for three or four hours. If I don't catch up with the time, it's a good choice to soak my hair the night before and boil it the next day.

  3. Step3:Rinse the soaked Tremella again and again. Remove the impurities from the base and tear it into small pieces. I specially weighed the tremella before and after the hair bubble. 30 g before the hair bubble and 240 G after the hair bubble. The whole weight gain was 8 times.

  4. Step4:Peel the papaya, remove the flesh and cut into cubes. Wash the lotus seeds, remove the lotus heart and break them into two pieces. Remove the lily from the base and wash them for later use.

  5. Step5:Add water to the casserole. For such a large casserole, I added half of the pot water. Put cold water into the soaked Tremella. Boil it.

  6. Step6:Boil over medium heat for an hour until the soup is thick. In the later stage of cooking, it needs to be stirred frequently to prevent the pot from sticking.

  7. Step7:Pour in the lotus seeds. Keep boiling for 15 minutes. The stirring action can be continued because the tremella soup is too good and sticky.

  8. Step8:Then add lilies. Last for 5 minutes.

  9. Step9:Add papaya. It's still 5 minutes.

  10. Step10:Finally, put the lollipop and wolfberry. Boil for two or three minutes and then turn off the fire. I don't like Chinese wolfberry very much. So I put it in the last stage. Look how beautiful they are floating on it.

  11. Step11:Another close-up of the tremella soup I cooked last time I served the sisters. Later, I was robbed to drink. Some drank three or four bowls.
