The key is that it is resistant to high temperature. Even if fried, you don't have to worry about the coating being damaged. Instead, you eat a lot of chemicals. Today, I made a sweet and sour ridge with it. It's sour and sweet. It's not greasy after an appetizer. Old people and children like it. Make sure you can't stop chopsticks if you taste it. Step6:Heat the pot and put some cooking oil in it. After the oil is hot, clamp one end of the chicken strip with chopsticks. Put one end of the chicken strip into the oil pot. Fry slowly until it is light yellow on medium and low heat. Take out and control the dry oil. All the other chicken strips are fried. Step7:The fried chicken is pulled out. When the oil temperature rises, it is put into the pot and fried again. Pull out and control the dry oil. The skin of the fried chicken is crispy. The chicken inside is soft. It is very delicious. The pan is thick. There is no need to be afraid of the food.
Step8:Keep the bottom oil in the pot. Put the sauce we just mixed into the pot. Stir fry slowly until the soup is red and bright. The big bubble becomes the small bubble. The sweet and sour juice will be cooked.
Step9:Put the fillet in the pot. Stir evenly. Let each chicken breast be covered with sweet and sour sauce.
