Step7:Cover the pot. Bring it to a boil. Turn it to a low heat and cook for an hour. Some people will say that it takes hours to make a soup. It's troublesome. In fact, you can do other things in the middle of the process. It doesn't take much time to make a pot of soup.
Step8:After an hour, wash the Cordyceps flowers slightly and put them into the casserole (if you use the Cordyceps flower buds, it is better to directly put them into the soup to avoid the loss of the Cordyceps flower fruiting body.) . cover the pot. Boil again. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step9:Season with salt before turning off the heat.
Step10:Although the traditional Chinese medicine is used to make soup, the soup is very good to drink. Even the children who don't like soup at home have a big bowl.
Cooking tips:Add enough water at one time. Try not to add water in the middle of the process. If you have to add water, it's better to add boiled water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
