Don't use the newly bought iron pot in a hurry. You must learn how to open the pot. The more you use it, the less sticky it will become. In particular, there are old people at home. They must be fond of iron pots. In fact, it's the healthiest to fry vegetables with iron pots. But in the process of using iron pots, there will be many reactions. Iron pots are not well maintained and easy to rust. That's because they don't open a good pot. They are used directly. In fact, as long as the iron pot is well maintained, the more it is used, the better it can be used. Moreover, it can be fried old without putting a drop of oil. It's also non stick.
Step1:First of all, we will cut a small piece of sandpaper for our own use, as shown in the figure.
Step2:It's better to wear gloves. Otherwise, the gaps between fingernails are black. Cleaning is troublesome. Start to polish the newly bought iron pot with sandpaper. Polish each part of the iron pot with sandpaper.
Step3:This is what it looks like after polishing. You can see a layer of black face in the pot. And my gloves are also black.
Step4:Sand the outside of the iron pot with sandpaper, as shown in the figure.
Step5:Brush the polished iron pot with hot water.
Step6:Turn on the fire. Dry it in a clean iron pot
Step7:It's better to turn it around and dry every part of it. If the iron pot is made of thin materials, you can directly see that the body of the pot is blue when it's cooked. My iron pot is very thick. If you can't see it, you can burn every part thoroughly.
Step8:After each part of the pot is heated and dried in high temperature, it's better to use a piece of pigskin. I bought the streaky pork with pigskin directly. I cut it into small pieces and used it. I started to slide the pork skin along the bottom of the pot. I could turn it into a small fire to operate. I wiped the whole pot with the decomposed grease, as shown in the figure.
Step9:Just burn the pork skin until it is burnt black, as shown in the picture.
Step10:Use kitchen paper towels to put them into the pot. Absorb the decomposed grease.
Step11:Suck all the grease out of the pot. You can see clearly that the white paper towels have turned black.
Step12:Clean it again with hot water.
Step13:Put the boiler which has been treated once and the above operation twice. Put it on the gas stove and dry it. Smear the lard and clean it. Repeat three to four times. Finally, wipe it with a paper towel. It's already white. It's good to start a hot pot like this.
Step14:Now let's try the effect of boiling in an iron pot - heating in the pot. You don't need to put a drop of oil. Just knock an egg into the pot.
Cooking tips:1. The whole process of boiling must be cleaned with hot water. 2. Every time you finish the meal, you need to wait until it's completely cold to clean it. Or if you can't wait, you need to use hot water to clean it. Then it's better to dry it on a gas stove and then use it. 3. The old iron pot didn't boil. It's not very easy to use.
