Step4:Heat the oil. Put in the star anise. Put in the marinated shredded meat. Stir fry. The meat turns white. Add water. Don't use too much water. This picture is more water. It's better half less than this. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce, proper amount of salt and 13 spices. Boil it. The taste is right. Put in noodles and beans. Mix with chopsticks. Then turn off the fire. Let it sit for 3 minutes. It's OK.
