Oil free, sugar free and high fiber oatmeal cake
Step1:Peel the banana. Take the meat. Grind it into mud. About 130g.
Step2:Add oatmeal and whole wheat flour. Roughly knead.
Step3:Add in the dried vines, press and mix evenly, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 2 hours.
Step4:The dough is divided into 12 parts. Rub the dough round and press it flat. Place it in the kitchen baking tray.
Step5:Put it in the preheated oven. Heat up and down 180 degrees. Bake in the middle layer for about 20 minutes.
Step6:It shall be sealed and stored after being put out of the furnace for air cooling.
Cooking tips:1 this formula can be used as a dish. 2 bananas should be well done. They are sweeter. No extra sugar is needed. Because of the use of moist banana puree, the taste of this oatmeal cake is soft inside and outside, not completely crisp. It is suitable for making afternoon tea with milk or coffee.
