Cooking tips:1. The cookies are cooled to normal temperature after being discharged. 2. Butter must be softened at room temperature in advance. 3. Sugar powder should not be replaced by sugar. 4. The egg liquid should be added several times. Each time, it should be stirred evenly and added again. Otherwise, it is easy to separate oil and water. 5. Sealed room temperature storage 730 days. The premise is to be sealed well. 6. If you like crispness, you can add cream. If you like crispness, you can change the whole egg into yolk. 7. Each oven has a different temper. Please adjust it as you like. Pay attention to the coloring in the last few minutes. 8. If you want to make other flavors, you can use the same amount of cocoa powder and Matcha powder to replace the low gluten flour. 9. This recipe can be used to make a 28x28 baking tray. 10.
