Cooking tips:1. When cutting the root of baby cabbage, try to cut less (I just cut more by accident. Many leaves fall off) 2. It's better to choose fresh baby cabbage. Don't buy the one with three in one bag in the supermarket. The appearance of baby dishes can be divided into green white or bright yellow. Among them, bright yellow is a good dish with skills.
