Step1:Cut the garlic sprout, Pleurotus eryngii and marinated tripe into 6cm long segment
Step2:Put the oil in the hot pot. Add the dried red pepper. Stir fry the garlic. Stir fry the apricot and abalone mushrooms until the color changes.
