There are many famous snacks in Shandong. For example, jiuzhuan large intestine and lion's head in Jinan. But I still like to eat Shandong pancakes that my mother branded when I was a child. They are delicious.
Step1:All ingredients are ready. Take 500g flour and pour it into the basin. Pour a small amount of water into the basin and stir the flour with chopsticks until the flour becomes a snowflake without dry powder.
Step2:Use your hands to knead the dough and pour in a small amount of water again until the dough, which is as soft as a human ear hammer, is covered with plastic wrap and kept for half an hour.
Step3:Sprinkle a proper amount of dry powder on the chopping board. Knead the dough with static hair in the basin for 1-2 minutes, take it out and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Take a piece of cut dough, knead it into a smooth dough, and then knead it into long strips by hand.
Step4:Use a knife to cut the rubbed long strip into even sized dosage forms. Use your hand to round them for standby
Step5:Roll the prepared preparation thin with a long rolling pin first, then use two hands to hold the rolling pin and the other hand to lift the cake skin and put it on the rolling pin. Use two hands to gently rotate the rolling pin until it is rolled into a pancake of about 0.5.
Step6:Heat the electric pancake pan up and down in advance until the surface of the electric pancake pan is hot. Turn off the switch and open the cover of the electric pancake pan. Put the rolled pancake on the preheated electric pancake pan with a rolling pin. Cover the cover and simmer for a while.
Step7:Turn on the electric pancake pan after rolling out another pancake. When you see that the pancake starts to drum up and turn yellow, turn over another rolled pancake sheet. Turn on the upper and lower gears of the electric pancake pan and cover it. Turn over the two pancakes until the surface of the electric pancake pan is hot. Take out the surface one.
Step8:Finish the remaining dough according to steps 5-7. The delicious Shandong pancakes are made.
