Compared with the traditional way, I have simplified some steps of this stewed rice. The taste is just as good. It's very suitable for home making. If I don't like pork, I'll take out a big bowl. -
Step1:First, wash the rice. Then add water one finger joint higher than the rice. The cooked rice is moderate in hardness and softness.
Step2:Wash and cut the pork into small strips or pieces.
Step3:Pour into non stick pot. No need to put oil. Stir water and oil with low heat.
Step4:Then pour in chopped onions. Continue to stir fry.
Step5:In a few minutes, turn to the fire. Stir fry until the pork is burnt and fragrant.
Step6:Pour in all ingredients and seasonings at one time. Stir well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step7:Add in the hot water that hasn't eaten the pork. Add in the boiled egg. Cover with a small fire and stew.
Step8:Turn over the eggs halfway. Stew until the soup is thick. Leave some soup to dry. About an hour.
Step9:Serve a bowl of rice. Put the marinated meat on it and drench it with some soup. Put on the side dishes I like (I use the cabbage and carrot). Cut the marinated egg and put it on half.
Step10:Taste it. It's fragrant but not greasy.
