Step1:Soak agaric and cauliflower in advance (warm water for 5 minutes). Chop pork and mushroom into small cubes. A box of tender tofu bought by supermarket is used for tofu.
Step2:Stir fry the diced meat in the pan with scallion, ginger and garlic until there is no blood color. Stir fry the diced mushroom.
Step3:Add some old soy sauce and stir fry for two minutes.
Step4:Add some boiling water. Put in the fungus and cauliflower after boiling. Cook for 3 minutes.
Step5:Put in tofu. Try not to mash it in large pieces (later put in egg liquid and starch liquid, which will be slightly smashed when stirring). Add some salt.
Step6:Turn off the heat after adding tofu to the pot. Pour in the broken egg liquid. After the egg liquid solidifies, pour in starch water (starch and water are evenly stirred) while stirring and pour into the pot to prevent caking.
Step7:Before leaving the pot, sprinkle with sesame oil. Sprinkle with chopped vegetables or shallots. If you like spicy food, you can also add some chili oil. That's good.
