Step4:Sealed bottle without water or oil. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
Cooking tips:1. The proportion of water and sugar is well controlled. Hawthorn will become more viscous. If there is too much water, it's a bit like Hawthorn sugar water. But it depends on your preference. 2. I like to taste the sweet taste in the middle. I can't add two more sweets. 3. Adults don't need to take out the kernel just like me. But we still spend more time to take out the kernel when children eat. 4. This method is suitable for all kinds of jam. 5. You can also string fruit pieces with toothpicks, wrap them in syrup, and turn them into sugar gourd. But this requires a high proportion of water and sugar.
