Step1:Clean the pork tripe after buying it. Pull out the oil outside. Then use a knife to scrape the greasy things inside the pork tripe. Put it in the basin. Put salt and wine. Step2:After washing, put it in the pot and boil it with water, or it will be too old to eat
Step3:Then take it out and cut it into pieces for later use. After cleaning the green peppers, cut them into pieces
Step4:Hot pot of cold oil. Pour in green pepper. Stir fry. Then pour in pork tripe. Stir fry together. Put in green onion, ginger, cooking wine and water to boil
Step5:After boiling, turn on a small fire. Wait for the green peppers to ripen and soften, and then dish them out.
Cooking tips:The pork tripe should be washed clean. It's quite complicated (I should have bought it to help you wash it). Green peppers like soft ones. They can also be crispy. When the pork tripe is cooked, it will shrink just like the pork intestines, so a plate of pork tripe plus green pepper will be one plate in total. It's not full.
